Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux environments
- Manage Azure AD, Office 365, and hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Monitor system performance using SolarWinds and Nagios
- Execute disaster recovery procedures and business continuity plans
- Automate workflows using PowerShell and Ansible
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network and system issues
- Document SOPs and maintain compliance with ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with enterprise system administration
- Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Certification in Azure or AWS (preferred)
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with backup solutions (Veeam/Commvault)
- Understanding of network security principles (firewalls, VPNs)
