Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing for enterprise-level applications
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and visual documentation
- Conduct competitive analysis and industry trend research to inform design strategies
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Define and measure KPIs for user experience improvements using quantitative and qualitative methods
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools with strong visual design sensibility
- Proven portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS product design and user research
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize user data into actionable design decisions
- Proficiency in conducting moderated/unmoderated usability testing and journey mapping
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders
