Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server and Linux infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
- Oversee cloud services including AWS and Azure deployments
- Ensure 99.9% uptime through proactive monitoring and incident response
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures and compliance protocols
- Automate system tasks using PowerShell and Ansible
- Document processes and provide technical training to staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server 2019+ and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- AWS/Azure certifications (preferred)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- ITIL foundation certification or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
