Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure platforms
- Manage 24/7 on-call rotation for critical systems monitoring
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform and Ansible
- Lead security hardening and compliance initiatives (SOC2/HIPAA)
- Optimize system performance with proactive monitoring (Datadog/Prometheus)
- Mentor junior engineers through internal knowledge sharing sessions
- Document architecture decisions and runbooks in Confluence
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering Linux/Windows enterprise environments
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- AWS/Azure certifications (SAA/AZ-104 preferred)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Deep knowledge of network security principles (firewalls/IDS/VPN)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
