Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows Server environments including Active Directory, VMWare, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and monitor system vulnerabilities
- Oversee network hardware (Cisco/Juniper) and storage solutions (NetApp/Nutanix)
- Develop automation scripts using Python/Ansible for operational efficiency
- Provide Tier-3 support and lead disaster recovery initiatives
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline maintenance
- Document IT infrastructure and compliance frameworks (SOX/ISO)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expert-level certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
- Advanced knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures (AWS/Azure)
- Proven experience with virtualization and containerization technologies
- Strong scripting abilities (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and change management processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios/SolarWinds)
