Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust server environments (Linux/Windows)
- Proactively monitor system performance and security posture
- Lead disaster recovery planning and cloud migration initiatives
- Automate workflows using scripting tools (Python/PowerShell)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines
- Document system architecture and compliance procedures
- Provide tier-3 technical support for complex infrastructure issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and network protocols
- Certifications (e.g., AWS SysOps, Linux+, MCSE) preferred
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
