Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies for seamless user experience
- Oversee cloud infrastructure including Azure VMs, storage, and networking
- Monitor system performance with tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Execute disaster recovery plans and security compliance protocols
- Lead server migrations and virtualization projects using VMware ESXi
- Provide Tier 3 support and mentor junior IT staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Windows Server
- Expertise in Active Directory, GPO, and SCCM deployment
- AWS/Azure certification (AZ-104/AWS SysOps) preferred
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with VM backup solutions (Veeam/Commvault)
- CISSP or Security+ certification a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours for maintenance windows
