Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server infrastructure across hybrid cloud environments
- Manage AWS/Azure services including EC2, S3, Active Directory, and network configurations
- Lead security initiatives including vulnerability assessments, patch management, and compliance monitoring
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
- Automate deployment and maintenance using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on infrastructure-as-code practices
- Document systems architecture and operational procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience in enterprise environments
- Expert-level proficiency with Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration
- Strong AWS/Azure certification (AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent)
- Deep knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls)
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Proven track record in incident response and disaster recovery
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
