Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux environments
- Implement and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, VPC)
- Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python for system deployments
- Monitor system performance with Nagios/Zabbix and resolve incidents SLA
- Coordinate disaster recovery tests and backup procedures
- Document SOPs and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong Linux (RHEL/CentOS) proficiency with scripting
- AWS/Azure certification (or equivalent cloud experience)
- Network security fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- VMware/Hyper-V virtualization management
- ITIL foundation or similar IT service management
- Strong troubleshooting skills with diagnostic tools
