Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
- Implement and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments
- Deploy security patches and manage vulnerability remediation
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system issues and outages
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Document system configurations and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with network and security teams on compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Windows Server and Linux administration experience
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Security certifications (Security+, CISSP preferred)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- BS in Computer Science or related field required
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
