Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and cloud-based infrastructure
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data
- Oversee network configurations, including VPN, firewalls, and routers
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell and Python
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and system backups
- Document IT procedures and maintain compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Windows/Linux system administration
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Proficiency with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
