You'll lead infrastructure modernization projects and implement cutting-edge security protocols in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and SolarWinds, with SLA-driven incident response
- Automate provisioning and configuration management via Ansible/Terraform
- Lead disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
- Document SOPs and create technical training for junior staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise system administration with Windows Server 2019+ and Linux
- Expertise in VMware vSphere and Hyper-V virtualization
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Cloud certification (AWS/Azure) or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven incident management and problem-solving skills
- Security certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP preferred)
