Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server environments.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve hardware and software issues.
- Implement and enforce strict network security protocols and firewalls.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting languages (Python/Bash).
- Manage Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
- Lead technical troubleshooting for critical incidents and ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Conduct regular system audits and disaster recovery drills.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in System Administration or Network Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Linux (RHEL, CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Strong experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
