Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments in hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement and monitor security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
- Automate deployment and management using Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell
- Perform system health assessments, capacity planning, and performance optimization
- Lead disaster recovery drills and incident response protocols
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines
- Document infrastructure architecture and SOPs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with AWS/Azure experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+ or equivalent, AWS/Azure Certified Solutions Architect
- Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Python/Bash)
- Strong knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, load balancing)
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V)
- Ability to manage high-pressure incident response scenarios
