Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows Server infrastructure across on-premises and AWS environments
- Lead cloud migration projects using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
- Manage enterprise-level monitoring with Nagios and Splunk
- Execute security protocols including vulnerability assessments and patch management
- Automate deployment pipelines using Ansible and Docker
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system outages
- Document SOPs and create runbooks for operational processes
- Mentor junior team members on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in system administration with Linux/Windows environments
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Certification in CompTIA Server+ or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS)
- Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Proven troubleshooting skills with complex enterprise systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
