Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Linux/Windows server environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Manage network security protocols and disaster recovery systems
- Automate IT workflows using Python/Ansible and CI/CD pipelines
- Provide Tier 3 support and lead cross-functional technical projects
- Monitor system performance using Nagios/Zabbix and optimize resource utilization
- Document IT policies, procedures, and infrastructure blueprints
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), Windows Server, and virtualization (VMware)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and automation tools (Ansible)
- Cloud certification (AWS/Azure) and Kubernetes management experience
- Deep knowledge of network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
