Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Windows/Linux server environments across on-premises and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Proactively monitor system health using tools like Nagios and Splunk, resolving incidents within SLAs
- Automate deployment and maintenance tasks using Ansible/Terraform
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN infrastructure
- Implement robust backup/recovery solutions and disaster recovery protocols
- Lead security hardening and vulnerability remediation initiatives
- Document infrastructure architecture and create runbooks for operational procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration with Windows Server 2019+ and RHEL/CentOS
- Expert-level knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid networking
- Strong scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent network certification required
- Experience with virtualization (VMware ESXi/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven incident management and root cause analysis capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
