Your Mission
As a Senior System Administrator, you will be the guardian of our digital infrastructure. You will design, implement, and maintain complex IT environments that support our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize on-premise Windows Server and Linux environments to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS or Azure.
- Automate routine tasks and deployment pipelines using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and tools like Ansible or Terraform.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot complex network issues, and perform proactive maintenance.
- Enforce security policies and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2) across all systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and improve software delivery processes.
- Lead server migrations and upgrade projects with minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy) and Linux (RHEL, CentOS).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Expertise in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell, PowerShell Desired State Configuration).
- Knowledge of networking concepts, firewalls, and network security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, CompTIA Security+, MCSE) are a plus.
