Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based servers (Linux/Windows) to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Design, deploy, and automate infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Implement and monitor security protocols, including firewalls, encryption, and access controls.
- Configure and manage cloud platforms, primarily AWS, to optimize resource allocation and cost.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless deployment and application performance.
- Conduct regular audits and capacity planning to support business growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer.
- Strong expertise in Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server administration.
- Deep knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud services.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, HTTP/S).
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred.
