Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, and VPNs
- Provide Tier 3 support and lead incident response initiatives
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Document procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in system administration with enterprise environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS/Azure certified)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
