Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments including Active Directory, VMWare, and cloud infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security protocols
- Manage backup/recovery systems and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on automation using Ansible/Terraform
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance standards
- Provide Tier 3 support and mentor junior team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), and virtualization
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent) required
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) and automation experience
- Proven track record with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
