Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Design disaster recovery solutions and automate system monitoring
- Lead system migrations and infrastructure upgrades with zero downtime
- Provide Tier 3 support and document technical procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise storage systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Windows/Linux environments
- Expertise in VMware, AWS/Azure, and network infrastructure
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or AWS Certified SysOps)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong communication and project management skills
