Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server/Linux environments across 500+ endpoints
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity frameworks including firewalls and intrusion detection systems
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid network architectures
- Perform proactive system monitoring and incident response for critical outages
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python for operational efficiency
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
- Mentor junior IT staff and document technical procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Advanced knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Experience with cloud migration projects and IaaS/PaaS solutions
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex network issues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
