Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with 99.9% uptime SLA
- Lead server administration across Linux/Windows environments supporting 500+ users
- Develop automation scripts using Python/PowerShell to optimize system performance
- Implement and monitor security protocols including firewalls, encryption, and compliance frameworks
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network infrastructure with Cisco/VMware technologies
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior administrators during critical incidents
- Document system architectures and create disaster recovery procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise-level system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cloud certifications (AWS/Azure)
- Proven experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere/KVM) and containerization (Docker)
- Strong scripting abilities (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog)
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and change management processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
