Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers, including Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Implement and monitor security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems to protect organizational data.
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the development team to deploy applications and ensure CI/CD pipelines run smoothly.
- Conduct regular system audits, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist.
- Deep knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Familiarity with Active Directory and identity management solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
