Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize on-premise and cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols
- Proactively monitor system health using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Execute disaster recovery plans and backup/restore procedures
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Document infrastructure configurations and SOPs
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server (2016+) and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Cloud platform certification (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Experience with monitoring tools and automation frameworks
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network fundamentals
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
