Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Windows/Linux server environments
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network infrastructure (Cisco/Juniper)
- Oversee cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) including VM deployment, security groups, and cost optimization
- Develop automation scripts (PowerShell/Python) for routine system tasks
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system backups/restorations
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior IT staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years administering Windows Server 2016/2019 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise networking
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure services and hybrid-cloud architectures
- Certification required: CompTIA Server+ or equivalent
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities for complex system issues
- Proven documentation and process improvement skills
