Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure solutions
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement preventive measures
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server and Linux environments
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven experience with backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
