Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and on-premises systems
- Proactively monitor system performance, security posture, and implement remediation protocols
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system upgrades with zero downtime
- Automate operational tasks using scripting (Python/PowerShell) and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with development teams on DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code solutions
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise-level network services
- Document system configurations and create comprehensive technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration with cloud platforms
- Expert-level proficiency in Linux/Windows Server administration and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and infrastructure automation tools
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent network certification required
- Deep knowledge of security best practices (NIST, CIS benchmarks)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex multi-tier systems under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
