Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments in hybrid cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Lead system security hardening, vulnerability assessments, and compliance initiatives (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Automate infrastructure workflows using Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system outages and performance optimization
- Document infrastructure blueprints and create disaster recovery procedures
- Mentor junior sysadmins and drive knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration with Linux/Windows Server
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and infrastructure-as-code implementation
- ITIL certification and experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Proven track record in designing scalable, secure, and resilient systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
