Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments (Active Directory, VMware, AWS)
- Automate deployment pipelines using Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD tools
- Monitor system performance using Splunk/Prometheus and resolve incidents proactively
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure with cost optimization focus
- Execute disaster recovery drills and maintain compliance with SOC2 standards
- Lead migration projects from legacy systems to modern architectures
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server 2019+ and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) and virtualization mastery (VMware ESXi)
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Security knowledge including firewalls, encryption, and IAM
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
