Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
- Proactively monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Splunk
- Manage Windows Server and Linux environments with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system hardening protocols
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Provide tier-3 support for complex infrastructure issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years administering Windows Server and Linux environments
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and container orchestration
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with network protocols and security best practices
