Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage Windows Server environments and Active Directory
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) including VM deployment and security hardening
- Implement and monitor backup/recovery solutions with 99.9% SLA adherence
- Optimize network performance through traffic analysis and security protocols
- Document system architectures and create operational playbooks
- Lead incident response during critical outages with 15-minute SLA
- Automate workflows using PowerShell/Python for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Windows/Linux environments
- Expert-level Active Directory and Group Policy management
- AWS/Azure certification (SAA/AZ-104) or equivalent experience
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Experience with VMWare/Hyper-V virtualization and SAN storage
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification
- Proven track record of reducing system downtime below 0.5%
