Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RedHat/CentOS) environments
- Implement and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with emphasis on scalability
- Configure and optimize Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Oversee network security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery testing, and incident response
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform and PowerShell
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expert-level certification: CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or RHCSA
- Proven experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS EC2/S3, Azure VMs)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and documentation abilities
- Ability to work on-call rotation (2 weeks/month)
