Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement robust security protocols including firewalls, encryption, and access controls
- Oversee system monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds) to ensure 99.9% uptime
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Diagnose and resolve complex network and system issues
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMware, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, MCSE, AWS SysOps)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and documentation skills
