Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Automate deployment and monitoring using Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell
- Lead security hardening, vulnerability assessments, and compliance audits
- Optimize network performance (Cisco/Juniper) and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise backup systems (Veeam)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration
- Document infrastructure changes and create knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 5+ years in system administration with Windows Server 2019+ and RHEL/CentOS
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and IaaS/PaaS services
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and experience with infrastructure-as-code
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or Microsoft Azure Administrator
- Proven experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Ability to manage high-availability systems and disaster recovery planning
