Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux systems, and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Implement and monitor security protocols including firewalls, encryption, and access controls
- Automate deployment and monitoring processes using PowerShell and Ansible
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues with SLA-driven response times
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- AWS/Azure certification or equivalent cloud platform experience
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- ITIL foundation certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
