Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, and switches
- Provide Level 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Automate deployment processes using PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform
- Document system configurations and maintain operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise backup solutions
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or Linux+) preferred
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
