Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments supporting 500+ users
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise backup solutions
- Oversee AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure and hybrid networking
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability patching and compliance audits
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and mentor junior team members
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell/Python
- Document IT infrastructure and maintain disaster recovery plans
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- AWS/Azure certification (AZ-104/AWS SysOps preferred)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization
- CISSP or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance within 90 days
