Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex server infrastructure and network environments.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform routine maintenance, patch management, and system upgrades for Windows and Linux servers.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard critical data.
- Document technical processes and configurations for team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP) and Linux (RHEL, CentOS).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of network protocols, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
- CompTIA Security+ or relevant IT certifications are a plus.
