Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the performance, availability, and security of on-premise servers and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Implement and maintain Active Directory, Group Policies, and identity management solutions.
- Develop and execute disaster recovery plans and routine system backups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data security policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar IT role.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Azure Administrator, or CCNA are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
