Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and virtualization platforms
- Implement robust security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network configurations, including firewalls, VPNs, and DNS management
- Develop automation scripts for system monitoring and deployment
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and incident resolution
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document system architecture and create operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Certification in CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or equivalent
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Deep understanding of network protocols and infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
