As a System Administrator, you will ensure the availability and performance of our critical systems, supporting thousands of users across the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect organizational data and network integrity.
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware and software solutions.
- Oversee cloud migration projects and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior IT staff members.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in System Administration or Network Engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator are highly preferred.
- Proven experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Ability to obtain a Nevada State Gaming License (if applicable to the specific role).
