Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Linux/Windows server environments and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Manage virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Ensure 99.9% system uptime through proactive monitoring and incident response
- Develop automation solutions using Ansible, Terraform, and Python
- Lead security hardening, vulnerability assessments, and compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience with Linux/Windows
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Certifications in CompTIA Server+, Linux+, or AWS Solutions Architect
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/Bash) and automation frameworks
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog)
