Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and hybrid cloud environments
- Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, and Active Directory
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python for operational efficiency
- Lead disaster recovery planning and cybersecurity incident response
- Manage virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and container orchestration
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux distributions
- Strong knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud services and networking fundamentals
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent) required
- Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Proven ability to document complex technical processes
