Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain Windows Server 2019+ and RHEL environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement robust security protocols including firewalls, intrusion detection, and access controls
- Automate system provisioning using Ansible and PowerShell for 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Optimize network performance through VLAN management, load balancing, and QoS implementation
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute quarterly failover drills
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure-as-code
- Document system configurations and create technical SOPs for compliance audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering enterprise Windows/Linux environments with Active Directory expertise
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking certification required
- Advanced scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, and Python for automation
- Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi and Azure/AWS cloud services
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification preferred
- Proven track record in high-availability system design
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with root-cause analysis methodologies
