Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex network issues, and ensure 99.9% uptime
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations for 500+ endpoints
- Execute patch management, security hardening, and disaster recovery protocols
- Automate workflows using PowerShell and Ansible for operational efficiency
- Document system architecture and create technical SOPs for compliance
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Certification: CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
- Proficiency with virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid networking
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale security protocols (SIEM, firewalls)
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
