Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize on-premises and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement and maintain security protocols (SIEM, firewalls, encryption)
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Provide tier-3 support for complex system issues
- Design disaster recovery solutions with RTO/RPO adherence
- Monitor system performance using Nagios/Zabbix
- Document SOPs and architecture diagrams
- Lead cross-functional infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years in system administration with Linux/Windows environments
- Certifications: AWS/Azure/Solaris or CompTIA Server+
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/KVM) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proficient in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
