Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows server environments across AWS and Azure
- Implement automation using Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
- Monitor system health using Nagios and Grafana, resolving incidents proactively
- Design and execute disaster recovery plans with RTO/RPO metrics
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines
- Document infrastructure changes and maintain compliance with SOC2 standards
- Lead system upgrades and migrations with zero downtime
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server 2019+
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record in high-availability infrastructure design
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
