As a key member of our IT Operations team, you'll design robust solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments (200+ endpoints)
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with 99.9% uptime SLA
- Oversee network security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute quarterly failover tests
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Provide Tier 3 support and document technical procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, and Python scripting
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
- Strong knowledge of backup solutions (Veeam/Commvault)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Datadog)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
